I am a freelance iOS & Mac developer.

I am 32 years old, have worked as a web developer for over six years and I have done contracting work on iOS apps on and off for the last three years. I have got extensive knowledge about web front- and backends, interacting with APIs, web services and databases. Having said that, please do not contact me about web development jobs.

I hold the degree “Diplom Informatiker (FH)”, which is roughly equivalent to a Master’s degree in computer science.

I have contributed to hockeyapp.net (a service for mobile app developers), which is run by friends of mine. I was an early adopter and contributor to TextMate and manned the MacroMates booth at MacWorld ’06 with two friends. I have written the TextMate Basics Tutorial.

Oh, and I made this kompanion app. It lets you capture moments and thoughts including location, pictures and notes without posting them to the internet.
